Ashley was born and raised in Somerville, TN. She is active in her home church at Mt. Carmel Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Laconia. She has an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Ashely taught Pre-School for 8 years in Collierville and Cordova before becoming a Pre-School Director in Oakland for eight and a half years.

Ashley and her husband, Mike, have two daughters. Katelyn is 13 and Kara is 8. They both attend Fayette Academy. She feels very blessed to have this opportunity to work with the First Baptist Church staff and help spread God's Word throughout her community.
